Single-Detached House – A single dwelling not attached to any other dwelling or structure. A single-detached house has open space on all sides, and has no dwellings either above or below it.
Movable Dwelling – A single dwelling, designed and constructed to be transported on its own frame and capable of being moved to a new location on short notice.
Other (Including Row Housing, Duplexes, Semi-Detached and Single-Attached Homes) – A single dwelling attached to at least one other dwelling, either side-by-side or one above the other.
Low Rise Apartment – A dwelling unit in an apartment building with fewer than five storeys.
High Rise Apartment – A dwelling unit in an apartment building with five or more storeys.
